Commercial Buildings

Before painting, we prepare all surfaces (repairing holes and cracks in plaster) and protect floors, shelving, equipment, and products. Two-component epoxy paint is used for concrete floors or steel surfaces because it is highly resistant to heavy use (it does not chip or crack, even under heavy vehicles).
This coating is extremely hard (three times harder than concrete), and an epoxy surface can last 15 to 20 years indoors.
When floors are coated with multiple layers of epoxy containing aggregates, they become slip-resistant. Epoxy can also be tinted to clearly define areas such as storage zones, traffic lanes, restricted access areas, and more.
Epoxy resin is also highly resistant to chemicals and is completely waterproof. Industrial solvents, hydrocarbons (oils, greases), and other aggressive chemicals do not affect it.
Certain epoxy formulations can withstand temperatures of up to 110°C. In addition to all these benefits, epoxy is antibacterial and very easy to clean.
Our painters also use polyurethane paint for surfaces that need protection from UV rays and weather conditions, such as outdoor equipment and machinery.
We also apply fire-retardant paints for industries that present a high fire risk.
